Village 360 is a powerful initiative by Prachanda Bharat aimed at transforming villages across Bharat through thoughtfully designed and locally relevant development programs. From health to infrastructure, from livelihood creation to women empowerment — we work with local leaders, youth, and institutions to drive real progress, on the ground.
Why Rural Bharat Needs Focused Development?
While cities grow rapidly, many villages still struggle with basic infrastructure, employment gaps, and lack of access to essential services. Through Village 360, we aim to bridge these gaps and ensure rural Bharat progresses hand-in-hand with urban India.
OUR FOCUS AREAS
Every village has its own set of challenges. Our volunteers conduct on-ground surveys, interact with locals, and submit detailed Development Action Plans (DAPs) that become blueprints for region-specific progress.
We identify, plan, and execute region-specific solutions across multiple domains:
LOCAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Laying internal roads, canal repairs, street lighting, borewells & generators.
HEALTH & HYGIENE
Building sanitation facilities, clean water access, organizing health camps, etc
GREEN INITIATIVES
Plantation drives, seed ball campaigns, and eco-awareness events.
EDUCATION SUPPORT
School infrastructure repairs, setting up learning aids, after-school programs.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
Rural cleanliness drives, creating compost pits, awareness campaigns.
WATER CONSERVATION
Revival of ponds, awareness on rainwater harvesting, pipeline management.
EMPLOYMENT GENERATION
Training & empowering rural women and youth in income-generating activities.
WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
SHG support, tailoring units, health awareness, and financial literacy.
CIVIC AWARENESS
Sessions on legal rights, govt. schemes, & participatory governance.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
Solar streetlights, low-cost solar units for homes and schools.
YOUTH SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Village-level disaster readiness plans, first-aid training, and safety workshops.
SAFETY & PREPAREDNESS
Rural cleanliness drives, creating compost pits, awareness campaigns.

This initiative requires strong leadership and communication skills, as it involves engaging with bureaucrats and elected officials from local governance, corporates in CSR wings, etc.
Selected volunteers will receive official backing, strategy guidelines, and a certification from Prachanda Bharat.
